- Impersonate another person or entity
- Reverse engineer or extract the platform's AI models or proprietary systems
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform beyond provided APIs
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: All content generated by CTRL-A agents is AI-assisted and should be treated as a starting point, not a final product. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Specifically:
- AI-generated content is not professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, financial, or tax decisions.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content generated by the platform before using it in your business.
- CTRL-A agents are tools to assist your team, not replace human judgment.

4. Billing and Refunds
- Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Data Ownership
Your Content
You own all content you create, upload, or generate using the platform. This includes documents, conversations, agent configurations, and business data. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.
Our Platform
We own the CTRL-A platform, its codebase, AI models, agent templates, design, and documentation. We also own aggregated, anonymized usage patterns and analytics derived from platform operation.
Shared Understanding
- Your data is yours. We will never claim ownership of your content.
- Usage patterns (e.g., which features are popular, aggregate conversation volumes) are ours and help us improve the platform.
- If you leave, you can export your data. We will not hold it hostage.
6. Beta Terms
During the free beta period, the following additional terms apply:
- The platform is provided "as is" during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed.
- Free beta access constitutes consent to the collection of anonymized usage data to improve the platform.
- We may limit or modify beta features at any time without notice.
- Beta participants may receive early access pricing when paid plans launch.
- We make no uptime guarantees during the beta period.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

- Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window (minimum 30 days) for you to export your data, unless termination is due to abuse.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or third-party service failures.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do:

- For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
